The Coroners Contractor “who should remain anonymous”, will remove the deceased to a place designated by the Coroner. Families are not charged for this removal and are under no obligation to use the services of the Funeral Director Contractor. The Coroner will then decide if a Post Mortem examination is necessary. His officers will keep you fully informed as to his findings and will advise when or where registration may take place.
