	Removal Charge
	Coffin or Casket

Disbursements:
	Cemetery or Crematorium fee
	Minister’s fee
	Doctor’s fees for medical certificates for cremation
	Church fees
	Notice in National & Local Newspapers
	Printing of Order of Service
	Gravedigger’s fee
